so acid reflux has kicked in already!!! repeat of my first pregnancy!!! good lord!!! I'm going to have to stock up on some tums!!! any of u lady's find something that helps your acid reflux? I never really tryed anything else but tums!!!

Ice cold water helps me! I get them in the middle of the night all the time.
yessss!!!! I tryed avoiding the foods and drinks but it didn't work at all!!! I gave up and ate and drank what I wanted didn't matter much any ways Lol@rykerpmommy
sometimes I won't even drink nor eat what triggers it but I'd still get it.. NOONE CAN TAKE HEART BURN LIKE A PREGNANT WOMEN:)
mine was always at night and it is the same the second time around also... I keep them on my night stand at ALL TIMES! I would get it during the day here and there but at night it was 10 times worse
lmao at first I was like okay I understand but shoot.. I keep them bad boys in my purse everywhere I go. Baha. some days are like OMG I just need tums all day but here lately it's only night time. @septemberbaby15

I did it with my first pregnancy . baby came out perfectly healthy and I ate those lil bastards like candy!!!
I live off of tums. My doc says I take to many but the other meds they gave me was nasty and seem to not work. so I stick with my tums:) my doc says no more than 4 I try so hard. I've been doing good so far though lol
