How many tums can you take a day? the little container says only 5 every 24 hours but this heart burn and acid reflux is…

my doctor told me I can take Zantac 2 times a day and I can drink pepcid or maalox. .. but Zantac is awesome I drink one in the morning and one before bed and I've been able to sleep now

Try Rolaids. liquid or chewables. Tums never worked for me so Rolaids was a lifesaver

chewing gum helps too..

I drink milk a lot but its the acid reflux that gets to me. The heart burn and acid reflux are two different things. My throat is so sore from the acid. @audreysmama @dessie0621
