Yes. I have a bottle beside my bed at work and in my purse.

For me personally it's like a fire in my esophagus and sometimes my chest and stomach hurt at the same time. But mostly it's just this sudden fire feeling in my chest and esophagus! Heartburn for me is deeper in my chest and more of an ache. Tums are good for both. Peppermint 1000 strength!

okay well what does acid reflux feel like and how is it different from heartburn? this doesnt feel like heartburn so i just assumed it was acid reflux @motherlotus @tasticmel
