do any of the ladies here still consume caffeine? I've been wanting it lately as a Mr pibb has 66mg of caffiene I've read you can have up to 300mg a day...

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

when I have a headache I do. I try to only do one cup of coffee when I'm wanting it.

I've even read no medicine for face is good either and I've been breaking out I was using Neutrogena body wash on my face.

I do but try to stay under the safe amount. if I cut it out completely I'd have bad headaches.
