is it possible for the baby to drop at 28 weeks? it seems like h8s head butts and jabs have moved very far south like past my waistline

my little guy has some days where he hangs out very low in my pelvis. It's not every day, but getting to be quite often. I'm at 30 weeks.
i dont see my dr until November 7th so im gonna try and wait it out cause im not having any contractions and no leaking water so maybe im just feeling him move low and he isnt officially dropped yet
well my mom gave birth to my brother at 28 weeks but I cant remember if he was head down or dropped at that point.
@sarahk088, honestly I've never seen that happen but everyone is different! make sure to ask your doctor/midwife! you're not full term yet so please bring it up with the doctor or midwife..that's scary..my babys head didn't drop until 33/34 weeks.
