My husband and I welcomed our son Dayton Duane into this world Jan 1st, 2015 and even though he was 2 weeks early, he is the most perfect thing I have ever seen. He is my crowning achievement, the best thing I will ever do/make in my lifetime. One proud mommy right here.

HOPEFULLY WE GET OUT OF THE HOSPITALK TODAY!!!! BEEN A LONG 5 DAYS! He has been up every hour tonight and now that he is sleeping good, I cannot sleep. Milk still hasn't completely came in so we are supplementing him with formula while I pump to try and make it come in.

I have successfully breastfed Dayton twice!!! Woohoo we are slowly getting the routine down and he is eating very well!!! It's a lot harder than I thought it would be but it's worth it because it is helping me and Dayton bond more even though he is still stuck in the nursery. Luckily I got a few fantastic women who have warned me what to expect and how to proceed. They also belive in me and encourage me to keep going because it's worth it.🍼👣👶

UPDATE.
Dayton should be out of observation and in the room with me and daddy this morning. they had dropped the amount of oxegen they were giving him to 25% at 3 am and he was regulating his own blood oxygen levels perfectly. they said once they got down to 21% then they are gonna start slowing down the amount of air they were pushing through him to make sure he keeps breathing strong and at a steady pace on his own. AND the fluid on his lungs seem to be gone!!! as far as me I am doing good D...

I went to the wrong hospital because I figured it was just gonna be a false alarm but turned out it wasn't. After the contractions started slowing they put me on protocin and that didn't work they stayed consistent but we're small and not changing my cervix. about to head to the hospital having horrible period like cramps where I can barely stand up and massive back pain. stomach keeps getting hard but I only feel it in my back..... Hope he comes tonight 38w2d it would be nice to have my baby on New Years👶💙👣

LONG RANT...
UUUGGGGHHHH yesterday I would have sworn I was going to be going to the hospital to have my son. Had all the signs was just waiting for them to get stronger and they did by bed time but I didn't want to go in until they were closer together so I went ahead and went to sleep and now this morning when I woke up its all eased up... Grr!!!! I just want him to come😠😠😠😠😠😢😢😢😣

well Dr said I have been in labor but baby needs to drop just a fraction more. That's why I haven't been progressing every time I start having time able contractions... ugh any ideas or advice on how to get him to drop the last little bit???? 😠😠😠

tomorrow is my 38 week check up. my Dr is put of town so they are having another one see me. very nervous. have been at 2 cm 75% effacement and him in -2 position since I was 34 weeks. but lately I have been having pretty strong contractions and period like cramps. have been walking more and had sex more often so I am hoping there will be a change. I am so ready to meet my little man!!! 👣💙💚👶 I will be 38w 1d tomorrow...

the closer I get to him being here the more terrified I get of the pain of labor.... 😨😨😨😨
