progressed to 4cm now , && 75% thinned out . definately made progress. But after that exam im having horrible cramping again! idk if those exams can trigger labor but if these pains dont go away il be calling L&D.

EYE EXAMS IN 3RD TRIMESTER So I have an appointment Monday for my yearly eye exam and to get a new prescription for my contacts. I'm down to my last pair, and have been wearing them longer than I should be. So I NEED more!!
About to start doing squats, hopefully it'll get this labor progressing!
