Not rude. I'm pretty proud of the weight I've lost. I'm super lazy and I've never worked this hard towards a goal ever in my life.

I've lost 33.1 lbs. I started at 206. I'm 173 here.

I do online only and its $19 a month. You get a set amount of points which is determined by your height and current weight. So at 173 and 5'2 I get 30 daily points and then 35 "weekly points". So if I eat past my daily points it eats into my weekly points. Or say I want to go and have all the tacos with some friends one day. I tend to be a hoarder of points and save at least 8 everyday for 2 glasses of wine.

I was just looking at the 2nd picture on Instagram. You make me want to learn more about the Step Diet. I think as soon as I'm recovered from my surgery, I'm going to get things figured out and start!

What do you use to count your steps? There are so many options out there. Is the $200 option really better than the $20-$30 one?

It's a book. The book gives you the formula to determine your personal "step count" and then gives you a list of "how many steps" each food is worth. I just do a baseline of 20,000 minimum steps a day and stick with the WW points system.

I have a Fitbit flex and a Apple Watch. I like them both for different reasons. I find the Apple Watch to be slightly more accurate because it does GPS location but I don't think the Fitbit is all that off really.
