crackers and sprite was my bestfriend when i had morning sickness, or felt sick. they say it goes away or gets better in the second trimester, but mine last until i was 20weeks pregnant! But Congrats !!! itl all be worth it :)

crackers and gingerale helped me up and I was on zofran because my morning sickness was so bad so that helped as well

If it's extremely bad your doctor will actually prescribe you meds:) congrats!! And it will get better second trimester!!

Yes sorry zofran was prescribed by my doctor... if your morning sickness is extreme talk to your doctor about it and they can prescribe meds to you they gave it to me because I was 7 weeks and couldn't keep anything down at all

My first pregnancy and I'm at 23 weeks right now. Yes all first trimester for me was nausea and vomiting towards 14 weeks when it all went away and sometimes now will happen for an hr once a day then disappears for 3 days.

I hope u feel better! This is my second pregnancy and I would eat a few crackers in bed before sleep and eat a few when I first woke up before I even stepped out of my bed! They say it will settle your stomach... And as they said before light soda! But not the whole thing and drink it slowly! Small meals will help too! Nothing too saucy or greasy! Fruit helps too! Sorry for saying so much!! Haha but I know how it feels and I want to say everything that helped me! Ur doc will give you something to help you once you see her/him! CONGRATULATIONS!

Thanks, Jamari! Talk and tell me all you want about any and all of this stuff. I'm brand new. I don't even know the questions to ask. To be honest, I've spent less than an hour in my entire life thinking about pregnancy or babies. Probably not the smartest move of my life not to plan better but had just stopped prevention. Guess I thought I'd have more time to think about things before IT happened. Yikes! Appreciate your help.

Well you still have 8 or so months! Plenty of time to plan! Babies r such blessings! Once you see your child all of your instincts will kick in! Until then you just stay happy and healthy for baby! Everything else will fall into place! And all of the moms on here are helpful so between your doc and all of us, all of your questions will be answered! Even the weird questions! This app is the best :) I'm always here if u need questions answered... I'll answer to the best of my knowledge and from experience!

Congrats!! my mom got pregnant at 40 and said it was nothing like being pregnant with us 3 meaning it was worse lol but nausea is bad Ginger root and mints silly. but buy sea bands too if it gets worse Dr can prescribe medicine to help just ask I lost 12 lbs but feel way better now at 26 weeks good luck Congrats again:)
