Does anyone have any advice or experience of this.....went for a sweep today at 40+1....midwife couldn’t reach cervix as it was too high and said it was unfavourable. I was supposed to go back for another sweep on Thursday but she said there’s not much point as she couldn’t reach it at all. Im aiming for a VBAC but she encouraged an ELCS instead so called the consultant who will book me in next Monday. Is anyone planning on or ever had a VBAC? It was my intention all along to have a VBAC but as my due date gets closer I’m getting really nervous and worried I haven’t made the right decision!

At which point is everyone planning on starting their maternity? I’m trying to decide at the moment! Ideally I want as much time off with the baby as I can but I’m exhausted already and I’m only 19 weeks! I work with young children with autism and/or special needs so at times the job can be quite draining! This is my second so when I get home I’ve got my son to look after too and it’s just wiping me out!

Hi all, just wondering is anyone else in their second trimester and feeling rubbish? I’m 18+ weeks and literally have no energy at all. I’m still having some sickness and I’m getting tension headaches almost daily! I just feel rubbish and thought this would be time I had the lost energy 😩
