My birth story.. I had my daughter on Wednesday. I was induced on my due date (I was measuring ahead). Started pitocin when I was dilated 3cm. They kept upping it and I was fine. The nurse said they wanted to break my water so she recommended me getting an epidural because it would get a lot more painful afterwards with all the pitocin I had. My due date is tomorrow and I feel terrible. My belly is so heavy and I’m over it lol. Midwife appointment today. Hopefully I’ll at least be progressing?

del_1544033355_tyrellp I was induced with both my boys and i used the yoga ball in the delivery room
k_nc I’ve heard that bouncing doesn’t actually help it’s the rolling/rocking that helps to dilate and open everything

Читать все 5 комментариевI missed my last two week appointments because we were evacuated from the hurricane. My due date is on Wednesday and they can’t get me in until Tuesday. I haven’t been checked at all yet and have been having some off and on pains but they aren’t getting closer together or anything. I’ve had diarrhea and already lost my mucus plug awhile ago. Would you go into the hospital to get checked or just wait it out? I haven’t even had my blood pressure or anything checked since 37 weeks.

mama.kay I would go to l&d to get checked. It’s always better safe than sorry and that little
