I’ve heard that bouncing doesn’t actually help it’s the rolling/rocking that helps to dilate and open everything up! Good luck!

I was induced with both my boys and i used the yoga ball in the delivery room with my first son it really helped me dilate. My last baby i got my membranes swept at 39 weeks and used the ball but was induced on my due date.
