Just a quick question to all seasoned moms who breastfed. How did you stop? I plan on stoping once my baby turns 1 and i would really appreciate some suggestions on how to do it.

Everyone keeps telling me to try the 'cry it out'method with my daughter because its quick and effective since she needs to learn how to sleep in her crib. And i tried and my poor child cried for a whole hour and i just couldn't take it. The little girl cried so violently she started to vomit and now i just feel so guilty about the whole thing. Still in active labour. Ended up getting pitocin to help with my contractions which are 3 mins apart now and they HURT SO BAD omg. I'm trying to give birth without an epidural but nooooo i cant do it no more.

I got a membrane sweep at 2pm today, water broke at 11pm without any contractions now at the hospital just waiting to be fully dilated and have my little girl. I'm so nervous lol
