How to cope with emotional distress after a miscarriage? It’s not even my mind anymore that’s causing these waves of sadness, it’s literally my body. I feel so shakey and down like I need to cry, this just started happening today. My husband asked me what was wrong when I got home from work and I just started bawling😭 Idk how to even explain how I feel.

After a 3rd blood draw this morning to make sure my HCG levels were doubling the way they were supposed to, they’re decreasing fast. It was confirmed I’m misscarrying. 3rd one in 6 months. This year just isn’t for me🥺

I’m so heartbroken.

So, my husband and I are trying for our last baby. We have 2 girls. With my oldest child it took us 5 months to get pregnant with her, and with my youngest it took us 8 months. 2-3 months ago I had a tubal pregnancy, I actually got pregnant while I was on birth control. After our wedding in 2 weeks I really wanna start trying for baby #3 even though I keep shooting my fiancé down when he’s been asking me😂 I just need some encouragement bc just the thought of 3 kids under 4 is making my head spin😂 But I don’t want to wait a few years and have to start all the way over with diapers and everything😭 Lordy Lordy Lordy💆🏻‍♀️
