I must say , I’m glad I stayed in this . Stuck it out ....cuz he makes me happy & we were just in a rut . I wanted someone that was gonna make me see through the downs instead of continuing the path of walking away too early. I’m proud to say we are a team .

It’s amazing when you watch your baby sleep so peacefully that you kiss them so frequently wanting them to wake up but stopping yourself cuz if they wake up , the devils spawn will come out instead

So I was singing my heart out on my way to work Tuesday and Wednesday...now I’m so sick . Hoarse voice , sore throat, inflamed lymph nodes ....etc and my baby got whooping cough (pertussis) .

A trick for the new mommies/daddies ! I know it may “seem like a lot” but taking your baby for a walk for 20 min or so (even if it’s just back in forth outside your front door) ....it will put baby to sleep . No wasting gas riding around in circles . Stroller/car seat or just holding them while you walk ....TWO BENEFITS !

1. Puts baby to sleep
2. Exercise for you (cardio and/or arm work out) ...could even turn into a full body work out if you go up and down a few steps

So I have to incorporate baby food in the regimen now cuz the milk is not holding him over . Baby boy be eatin up all my stash
