Pump came in today finally ...hopefully someone gifts me with a Sarah Wells "Abby" bag for when I go back to work . ....dishes sorta done lol 🤗 and breast pump parts cleaned ...now to be sanitized . And time to wake baby for feeding .

@teebear74, I tried pumping when my babies would only feed on one breast
@ccancilla3, i did it this morning ....it definitely went smooth. It was a significant change in the amount of let down I have between feedings ...pretty much dropped to zero. I must say the downside to it is if you pumped to much , you'll have to feed back to back because the baby won't be getting it all in one take

@mswedes, yea I did that with the manual pump when I got it last month . ,
If I was feeding on the left, I’d pump on the right at the same time. It helped so much with time.

Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖

Breast pump covered by insurance
I've already done what I needed to find out what type of pump I get covered through insurance. It turns out, with my insurance, I can't even get my pump shipped to me until I call them with all the birth details of my baby. So...wth am I supposed to do having a baby and no pump?! I plan to pump exclusively and this REALLY throws a wrench in my plans.
