I need help! My daughter refuses to go to sleep anywhere but in my arms or next to me in the bed. She slept fine in her bassinet until today and I don’t know what to do.

I get in and everything is good, it so nice a relaxing and then the water just shuts off.... the HOA failed to let people know that they will be turning the water on and off for work.... I’m currently sitting in my bathroom, conditioner still in my hair, waiting for the water to turn back on but I know I’ll have to feed the baby and try to get her to sleep again before it does 🙃🙃
