Ever since I put saline drops in my babys nose it seems the congestion got worse. Now he's salivating quite a bit and coughing on it, even though I suctioned it out. Anything I can do other than keep him upright? He's feeding fine.

It’ll work itself out. Your baby’s body is just getting rid of the extra amniotic fluid it drank in the womb. It usually goes away on its own at 6wks-4mos depending on the child. Trust me I was in the doctors office freaking out over it but turns out the doctor was right

I put Vick’s vapor rub on my kids feet and put socks on them. Cleared it up in 2-3 days.
