First of the freezer meals done 🙌 Two pans of spinach and cheese enchiladas. By the end of next week, I'll have made that, a Shepards pie, chicken pot pie, 2 meatloaves, a baked ziti, and a sweet Italian sausage lasagna. Hopefully that holds us over for a few weeks but the way my stomach is set up..😂
