so im 38.5 weeks pregnant and drs have said baby is great and ready and im 3cm and 80% effaced....how much raspberry leaf tea should i drink to help? drs said it should effect me soon

even when I use contractions timer I get frustrated and annoyed. i can never start it in time and Its just annoying cause I can't use the timer unless that app is open. ugh
