@gqsmommy, I heard sperm helps to but his my son's head so low im all set lol not comfy. and yes they start as period cramps. get up and move to make them stronger itll dilate u more. the reason working already for me and also imma try castor oil if my appointment Thursday says I can lol

Yes it's so uncomfortable for me that is why we haven't done it but I heard sperm helps ! All I have is cramping like period cramps in my lower abdomen im not sure those are contractions ! My apointment is Wednesday and they will check to see if there's any change ! Saturday I will be 39 weeks 😩 good luck to you , maybe I will try the tea

I only drank one cup of tea and already feeling stronger contractions @mrscruz0530 @j.desantiag09 . and @gqsmommy I honestly dont think we have had sex since I was 4 months pregnant lol. it's not comfy for me and im not into it honestly. but what happened was i was shut tight at 0cm wheb i was 37 weeks. a week later at 38 weeks last Thursday I went in and i was 3cm and 80% effaced. what I did was when I felt contractions even tiny ones I got up and danced around the house n jumping around, take a walk every evening for at least a mile, and just getting the contractions to get stronger because when they are more intense you dilate more. don't relax when u get them get up and move.

I would double the tea using 2 or even 3 tea bags at a time

Im sorry to ask, it's personal but do you have sex still? I'm wondering if I should so maybe the sperm will soften and open my cervix, the last time the dr checked me it was still very high and locked up tight ! It was the same with my son and I had him one day after his due date . I haven't had sex with my husband but maybe 2 or 3 times since being pregnant and I'm due the 15 of this month
