I need help with law issues. so my ex is saying he don't wanna be at my son's birth and all this negative stuff and telling me to have fun being a whore my whole life when hes talking to other ppl not even me. and then he's saying he's moving to another state in couple weeks but saying I'm gonna have fun paying child support. he's trying to tell me hes taking my son from me when he doesn't even want him! how's this work and would he get custody? thought his name had to be on birth certificate to have rights.

they wont give him custody I talked to somebody who works for that field he has mental issues and bad anger problems. and he has charges and what not. so I'm not worried plus he hates cops and court so ik he wouldn't go through. @cubanese @babyleon @kenitra
Just dont put his name on birth certificate; he may still end up taking you to court, but if he has a record & make sure you save all the messages/voicemails where he is disrespecting you cause that can all be used against him..... I had the same situation with my first, and he got absolutely no rights what so ever! None.... But if anything he may get supervised visits if you show how unfit and disrespectful he is to you!!! && when youre in the hospital make it clear you dont want him there to go visit or anything.... Because you feel threatened.... They will keep him out and if he calls looking for you they wont give him info...
Like @cubanese said it makes no difference if his name is on the birth certificate of not, he has parental rights. But so do you. If he fights it, you will probably each have 50% custody. Doesn't matter where in the U.S. He moves, he will still have to pay child supports.
he is full of it, he can't just take your baby... don't allow him in the hospital when you have the baby, you can tell the nurses, security, front desk... come on girl don't let him scare you... sounds like he's the scared one! @mommytobe1004

Birth Plan Rant
I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
