So, I got this exercise ball today to bounce on to induce labor. (Well to use it as another method)
Does anyone know how effective doing this is?

Because sometimes I feel beautiful! 39 weeks and 4 days. Went on a walk with the hubs today to get things moving! Ready for my monkey! 🐒❤️🐵
