I had my son a week ago and the love I have for this little boy is so overflowing. I have never loved anyone the way I love him!

I've been having contractions strong enough to wake me up at night but not regular enough to actually be in labor. Is this a sign that labor could be starting? I'm due Friday and have an appointment tomorrow. I don't want to keep running to the hospital.

I've been having contractions about every 5 mins apart and went to the hospital and wasn't dilated so they gave me a cup of water and sent me home. They wanted to give me a sleeping pill but it was 4pm so why would I want one that early? Is this normal? Should I go to the higher rated hospital in my area? The one I went to said oh the contractions are 5 mins apart but since you aren't dilated take this water you might be dehydrated. Note they didn't give me an iv or check my urine like they are ...

Am I the only one who goes to bed exhausted and wakes up a few hours later wide awake?

38 weeks tomorrow. I'm so nervous about everything. Giving birth pain relief for birth. I have my fiancé's family but nobody who is actually pregnant or recently been pregnant to talk to. I'm not even completely sure what a contraction feels like. I'm so worried I won't know when to go to the hospital.

Just wondering how long after labor people went back to work. I'm due June 3rd and might have a job lined up for July 5th. As I'm not sure when I'll actually go into labor I'm not sure if I should take the job as it's a pretty good job and would help my son have a better life or wait for another opportunity to make sure I have time to heal and get him on a routine.

Am I the only one terrified about having a son in a few short weeks!? I'm so excited but equally terrified.

My friend said to increase milk production I should take red raspberry tea leaves. I've heard mixed things about it. Has anyone taken them with positive results?

I want to feel this pregnancy glow people talk about but I don't. I feel like my husband doesn't find me attractive anymore but it could just be that I don't find myself attractive anymore. I just want to look in the mirror and not hate what I see. I don't even like going out anymore. I only go to the doctor when I have to and the store maybe once a week. Please tell me I'm not alone in feeling this way.

Does anyone else get kicked on only one side repeatedly? My ribs on my right side are always being kicked but he never kicks on my left side.
