Any tips or advice on potty training a boy?

Need advice. Lice related. I finally got my daughters hair under control after a month of constantly cleaning everything and going through her hair. Need help my 3yr old got lice from a friend, all 4 of us got it. I treated it , me and 2 others haven’t had it since but my 3 yr old still has it bad no matter how many treatments I do and no matter how much I stay on top of it she still has it and a lot of it. I clean all her stuff very well, comb and treat her hair weekly. It is still there and still bad but she is the only one that has it. Why? I’m frustrated because I feel bad and don’t know what else to do

Not sure if this is really the place but I’ve been looking into becoming a surrogate. It’s something that’s been heavy on my heart. From the looks of it I qualify but all I get is negative feed back from relatives. Has any been through that process? Just want real peoples opinions and experiences.

I bathe my daughter make sure she’s always clean but her armpits smell like a 14 year old boy why? She’s 3 years old
