is it okay to take a hot bath when you are 5 weeks pregnant

Okay did anyone have Diarrhea the 4th 5th or 6th week of pregnancy. I'm not sure how far along I am yet but I'm having severe diarrhea.

my husband and I just started our prgnancy journey and we are going to a fertility doctor for help because it's been a year since we started trying and nothing. well they put me on medicine to help my period start so they could check out my ovaries and fallopian tubes. and I started my period yesterday and I'm have extreme cramping. has anyone had horrible cramping after taking progesterone to kick start a period? I've had bad periods my whole life but not like this!
