I'm pretty sure that I've been having contractions all night.... with my first when I was in labor they weren't very strong so I honestly can't really tell the difference between what contractions and Braxton Hicks feel like? How can I determine the difference?

Has anyone else had a sudden decrease/stopping of movement at this stage? I'm getting worried. I had a baby appointment yesterday for a follow-up on my ultrasound and glucose test. They said that baby girl looks perfect and is measuring fine so I need to stop worrying about how small my belly is. I also passed my glucose test perfectly, it came back at 92.
