Finally get home from work, gave my daughter a bath, made her breakfast and ate a huge bowl of cereal, then laid down for a nap.... Not even 15 minutes into my nap I wake up running to the bathroom to throw up. Why does this happen EVERY time I eat cereal or drink milk!? :(

@hnm0807, I've been lactose intolerant majority of my life and it's only milk and ice cream or whip cream that really causes tummy issues. Cheese and yogurts rarely cause an issue but it has something to do with the actually lactose content if I remember correctly! Try going a few weeks without dairy and then add it back into your diet, if that makes you sick then you know what the problem is. Also, most people do develop lactose intolerance with age and pregnancy can push things along! Dairy milk isn't the best for anyone to drink! Try almond or cashew milk (:
I don't have a problem with cheese or anything, it's only milk. I havnt brought it up to my doctor yet, maybe I should?
well i know for me i cant drink milk..or really eat any diary without having to run to the bathroom..this pregnancy has caused some pretty nasty lactose intolerance
Oh yea I looooove almond milk too, ill have to switch because I really enjoy my cereal and would like to keep It in my stomach.. lol.
