I'm in my last trimester...lol. Oh and you can definitely tell I'm pregnant when I stand up, she just... vanishes when I lay down, I don't get it lol. I did have pretty bad back labor with my first so who knows.

@hnm0807, you might have a back pregnancy when the baby is only in your back lol maybe you'll start showing in you last trimester!
