im already 3cm dilated a week and half ago. Could I have dilated more now? i feel shocks cramp like and contractions but never seem to stay consisted after an hour or two should í wait from worrying cause it'll be a long process from now til delivery

Since im already 2 centimeters how fast will i dilate from here
3 cm dilated gonna have me walk around for a few hours to see if i progress or loose more fluid then go from there. If i don't dilate more I'll be going home.

I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
