This nausea is really getting to me

Been so sick nauseas all day everyday for the past week can barely eat anything been sleeping all the time I'm worried my munchkin isn't getting the nutrients though any advice

Well I went to the hospital yesterday I was puking all day and night plus I was bleeding turns out I am still pregnant I am 5 weeks along I had a threatened miscarriage so I can still miscarry so I can't really look forward to anything till I hit my second trimester but now I am known to be a risk so I will be monitored more then most pregnant women I got the Rogam shot because I have ab- blood type and they want to see if it helps and if so that's why I misscarried my last pregnancie so everyon...
