After how many weeks after giving birth did any of you ladies get your period ? I'm really worried here as Im 3 months PP and still no period . I've formula fed my baby since day one and I've already taken two pregnancy tests and they both came out negative .

I've been giving my son the enfamil formula for about a week and it helped solve his gassiness and relieved his tummy aches but I get wic and they only give out the similac products . I want to try it but I'm afraid it'll constipate him again and give him bad tummy aches again . 😒
