After how many weeks after giving birth did any of you ladies get your period ? I'm really worried here as Im 3 months PP and still no period . I've formula fed my baby since day one and I've already taken two pregnancy tests and they both came out negative .

I still have not had mine and my daughter is three months but I nurse. I have not heard of a woman had formula feeds not get her cycle. Have you called your doctor yet? Maybe they know why you have not gotten your period yet. They can do a bleed pregnancy test at the doctors office.

I formula feed had a very light period 2 months PP.

I breastfed, but didn't get my first period til 8 months, even though I weaned my son at 6.
