so update: On March 11th I went through 15 hours of extremely intense active labor and on and off hours of pushing before anyone listened to me about my son being too large for my body. After about 4 hours of being fully dilated his head was still -1 and wasn't coming down any more. At that point I started mentioning him most likely being too large for my body and needing a c section. no one would listen to me so after 10 more hours 2 spinal injections and a bloaced epidural (all of which faded ...

Baby day! 4 cm and strong regular contractions less than 5 minutes apart!

Last bump photo hopefully! 39 weeks 5 days and got my membranes swept at around 10:20 and lost my plug as well as have been having way more light contractions and cramping as well as fluid (I don't know if it's water or not)

so I'm 2 to 3 cm and 50% effaced and they stripped my membranes and when they did there was some blood. I've been getting way more contractions since so hopefully I get to meet my little guy today or tomorrow. (his due date is saturday)

My feet feel so swollen tonight I just want this baby out please.

Has anyone had their midwife give them an estimate of their baby's weight and if so was it crazy off or on point? my first was just 7 lbs .5 Oz and I was told today my son will most likely be around 8 which scares me lol

I am literally breaking down I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow and there is literally no sign that he is gonna come, they won't strip my membranes cause his head is floating and not only that but now he's apparently gonna be a big baby so if I go over I don't think I'll be able to have a vaginal birth. on top of that I can barely walk or take care of my daughter because I'm in so much pain and she's only 2 so she doesn't understand. I can't do this till 41 weeks which they won't even consider induction ...

Asking to have my membranes stripped tomorrow at my appointment hopefully that gets things going I wanna be done with this pregnancy so I can be the mom I was before for my little girl and now my son.

Still 1 cm dilated but I am now 25% effaced. I really hope this whole thing speeds up I am so sore and having so many Braxton hicks all day every day I just wanna be able to take care of my 2 year old better and hold my baby in my arms instead of my uterus.
