I have a breastfeeding question. I know they work in supply and demand, so the more she nurses, the more milk they should make. But how long will it take them to make that milk? Acne treatments safe for use while breastfeeding?

For all the nursing and pumping Mommas, I'm pumping and feeding formula until I can get my milk supply up. Anyways, whenever my boobs are full or after pumping, they and my nipples itch so unbelievably bad. Anyone else have this problem?? Or know why it happens or what I can do to help it?
