Today we ran errands and I was getting the baby's carseat from the base and the back half of the seat got stuck on the base. The carseat tipped forward, baby was still strapped in, but his head jerked forward to his chest. My SO saw it happen and flipped out on me questioning my parenting skills. Baby seems ok. I feel like crap though.
Honestly accidents happen! I remember when my son was just a month or two old and I had just put him in his car seat and set it on a table and next thing I know it flipped over onto the floor in front of everyone at a kids party! I felt like such a terrible mother, I hate thinking about it even now but car seats are suppose to take more than that and our baby's are fine! don't worry mama! accidents happen ♡♡♡
Don't worry about it. He shouldn't have made you feel so shitty, accidents happen! I've had uh oh moments like that too. I'm sure every mother has.
I can’t wait to put my son forward facing in his car seat 👌🏼four more days
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Am I wrong for telling my Bd that because we not Married my baby don't have to have his last name? He really got mad and told me I was project n ignorant. Crazy part is I was thinking about giving my baby his middle and last name

Mommies did any of your DRs give you the ok to face baby forward in the car before 24lbs? Drew is 19lbs and his carseat is just not working for being rear facing. He has no leg room.
OT. rant! forward facing early
ok, so in my birth month forum (October 2012) someone posted a picture of their lo riding in the car in a forward facing seat! what???? it baffles me when parents do this. I'm not trying to offend anyone.. but why do ppl do this?? the oldest baby in our birth month is 9 months, she was 3 months premature. but even at 9 months I wouldn't have my child forward facing.
I fell off a two foot tall counter onto tile while in my car seat when my dad was watching me and now I'm having a child of my own. Tell your man to chill 😑😂
