Here in Cali all you do is go to the social worker office give his name on paper work and they will hunt the dad down but I see you live in Texas so I'm no help

My oldest daughters "father" was the same way.. I asked and asked for diapers and wipes and he just wouldn't get her any then he decided to move 4 hours away so I filed for child support.. He's supposed to pay $197 a month, but he doesn't. He got his drivers license suspended because of being behind on child support and I'm still not getting any..

@jamie_renea03, it's okay it's for the best but I can't live with no money he begged me to not do child support but I can't get diapers and shit for him without money so I'm about to make this happen cause otherwise he won't give me a penny he's a greedy idiot...-.-

In Oklahoma its called DHS (department of human services) It's the place you can go and get welfare or assistance in anyway for low income people.....not sure if its the same where you are.

What is a DHS office?

Talk to your local DHS office...that's what I did and we had "court" at the DHS office at a later date
