My son is 1 month old today... Time goes by so fast and they grow up right before your eyes. Treasure every day you have with your babies because before you know it they'll be all grown up and ready to be on their own. 😭

I'm almost 4 weeks postpartum and I've felt great since the day after I had my son. I really want to start working out again but don't know if I should still waiting the 6 weeks or if I can start now. What do you ladies think?
