No worries girl! I had bad cramping last week at 34 weeks so I decided to call L&D too. They were very helpful and had me come in and turns out I was having premature contractions. Good luck I hope they can help!

I would call L&D and ask their advice. Usually they say if your contractions/cramps are 5-6 minutes apart. But your hospital may want you to come in to be monitored if your not full term yet tho. It wouldn't hurt to just call and ask them😊
