Anyone lactose intolorate & what foods u guys get like unsweetened soy milk if so how u like it and I was taking almond milk but makes me pee more like crazy and I gotta limit sugar anyone gotta do that? I can’t have almond milk it’s causing me to much frequent urination & inflammation in my body.

So since Eliana just drinks almond milk now it's hard to take extra milk with us anywhere.. So I guess my question is, is there like little take along almond milk boxes? Last night we was at my sil house and she had two bottles and ran out so I had to run to the store and buy a whole thing of milk 🤦🏻 it would be sooo much easier if I could find some in little milk boxes!!

When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.

I am. I drink almond milk unsweetened, soy milk, rice milk, coconut milk or oat milk. I have been drinking these since 2003.

For me I cant have alot of things I have high inflammation the only thing that helps is food that is as clean and natural as possible. Anything store bought thats not a fruit, vegetable causes inflammation. My meat i have to buy from a local farmer. I do not use dairy free products as they all still contain ingredients that can trigger inflammation in the body. I have tried alot of them but had to eliminate them. Now my famiIy love coconut milk but I think it depends what your using the milk for.

doctors can’t find anything . What team of doctors ? What they tested u for? They couldn’t find out why im bloated for 10 years and frequent urination as well for 10 years and don’t why and I have to push out my pee
