So, I came across this article on Yahoo. I had to share it lol.
This woman is complaining about not getting enough food stamps for herself and 11 kids. She received 1400 a month. As a mother of 9 kids I think it’s insane to complain about 1400 worth of groceries. I think a lot of us can make that work with no problem.
I see families struggling to have anything and she’s complaining. Also, in the picture she got pizza. That’s not food stamps. So, she can use stamps and instead of fast food she can use that money to make up the difference.
Maybe I’m judgmental 😂
P.S. what hell she buying that cost that much in groceries 🤔
Idk I'd never want 12 kids anyways but as a family of 5 in New York I spend over 200 on food a week.
I can't even think how much 12 would be. With that being said who the hell has 12 kids if u can't afford them.
Some people believe that having children is their profession, and the government writes them a check for it. They're on the government's payroll. They got a government job, lol. 1400 in food stamps, but the, literal, buck doesn't stop there. We know her kids are enrolled in free public schools, and they get free school lunches and breakfasts. They are all getting insurance from the government, etc. etc. etc. She's just entitled and needs to be more appreciative. But the squeaky wheel gets the grease, cuz I know someone, somewhere saw her on the internet and sent her money. Woe is she!
And just because you can have 12 kids doesn't mean it's a superpower that's a freaking immature way to think. I could have 12 kids, I had no issues with any of my pregnancies, I could probably blow through having 12 kids too but I ain't going to and I never would lol. For me being pregnant with one baby and then pregnant with twins was a breeze so I guess I have a superpower lol. Let me tell you my family struggles too, with both me and my husband both working full time living in New Jersey it's super expensive plus having three kids is super duper expensive we never knew we were going to be having twins but that's what we got.
I feel like all government assistance to able-bodied working people should be limited to six months . It’s there to help get you out of a hard time not to live off of.
I feel like if you have one child that you can’t afford and you’re on government assistance, you should not have anymore if you cannot pay for them yourself. I also feel like you should only have one pregnancy allowed on Medicaid because if you can’t afford to birth that baby, you probably can’t afford to take care of it
I wish I was getting that much in Food Stamps, I’m getting less than her and I’m not out there like she is complaining about it when everyone should be thankful what they will be getting from the Government when there’s lots of people are getting denied on having Food Stamps. All of this is coming out of hard working taxpayer money to make this to happen.
Those poor kids. I went to university with someone who was one of 20 and he absolutely hated it. Most of them planned on not having children. This woman is an idiot clearly buying name brand junk food and not staple items. You can feed a lot.of people with $1400 if you really cook from real food and try new things.
It’s crazy to me she has 12 kids and is relying on food stamps. Thats rich people shit. Idc who I offend saying that. There’s food banks and a thing called BUGDET without takeout pizza. Or better yet don’t have that many.
The fact she complained about receiving food stamps that don’t cover everything she want to eat is astonishing. She really could cover the difference and shut up 🤐
That's what she gets for having so many kids she clearly can't afford 🤷🏾♀️ I'm sure she knew she was struggling a handful of kids ago and continued to procreate for no reason.
The fact that she said it’s a superpower leaves me to believe she have an immature mindset. She lacking accountability for herself and not responsible. She living in a bubble. I hope her kids don’t follow her example and live a better quality of life.
She had to knew she was going to struggle but continue. And I feel bad because I’m a mother of 9 and criticizing her lol.
Well we spend around $1400 a month for a family of 4. But that includes paper products, cleaning supplies and like anything to run the house along with food. And no while we aren’t crazy we do splurge on things here and there. But she’s getting FREE money. She needs to take that money and make it work if she can’t supplement it or she needs to supplement. I could eat super cheap if my family liked beans and rice 🤷🏻♀️
The most simplistic thing she could do to save a lot is not buy prepackaged goods and buy in bulk. On food alone we spend around 1,320 a month and with additional 350 on non food items. So, about 20,040 a year. What she complaining about is about average living expenses for a big family. Which make me think she never thought about the long term impact.
@motherofmany, oh no I agree. She definitely could make lifestyle changes because $1400 is a lot and maybe have thought harder about having as many kids if she needs all that help. Totally on board with your post.
I just think it's insane that people even want that amount of children. I mean I guess I can see people who are rich and well set in life have that many children
I think many people don’t plan properly when it comes to life changing decisions. She have more than one baby father. They should be helping with the kids and the oldest is 20. He’s should be working.
I now understand why people see my big family and be like wtf 😂🤣
I can't even think how much 12 would be. With that being said who the hell has 12 kids if u can't afford them.
