I was just talking to dh the other day about how I was not able to find ricotta easily but there was an abundance of cottage cheese.
I asked him who the frack is eating this stuff that it is readily available than ricotta cheese.

I’m oddly having a really hard time thinking of some today. But my parents for Easter made some smoked mac and cheese and some pork and beans, and I’ve been loving mixing the leftovers together. There’s something about the combo of those that is so good.
I think I could eat anything with peanut slathered on it & like it lol 😂
I chop up pickles for my popcorn. Not in the same bowl tho cause gets soggy.

@llamapantaloons well, when you try it, have it with ketchup. It tastes like the outside of a corndog. Don't do the syrup like a creep that everyone else on the planet does. I'm right on this one.

Nutritional yeast mixed with Sriracha, sesame oil, and a bit of water to loosen it up. Then dip edamame in it 🤣
