Okay question for older mothers like 40 and up, could also pertain to you younger ones. So this month my period was 20 days late then I started lightly bleeding nine days ago and it never got heavy, mine always has been since having kids like super heavy and it's over within 6 days. It was just pretty normal. But the second day when I woke up in the morning I went to the bathroom as usual and fell over in horrible cramping pain that came on very suddenly I felt nauseous I was laying on the floor for about 10-15 minutes and then it just stopped. Never have I had this happen either. Even haven't had cramps since I had children so over 8 years now. But I have now been bleeding for 9 days and it's really weird cuz I've never had this happen in my entire life. If this is the normal for perimenopause?? I had my blood work done like my hormones and stuff a little over a year ago and everything was normal. And every time I look about it online it says it's not normal to bleed over 7 days but I have no other symptoms
I don't know but whatever happened over a week ago was crazy how I just stood up and I had horrible sharp cramping very low abdominal pain with nauseousness and it only lasted 10-15 minutes but then I had a light regular period until 2 days ago now it's like a regular heavy. But I've been bleeding for 10 days now. My gyno is sending in a prescription to get blood work and ultrasound done
Could it be a cyst? I get them all the time and when they rupture something similar to this happens..
I’m in perimenopause too. Everything is all messed up. I think maybe it just comes with the territory? The nausea + cramping sounds horrible 😩 I hate everything about being in this phase.
