I’ve had one pulled that wasn’t impacted. It took forever to heal as far as the hole closing up. Honestly once the numbness went away it did hurt and it hurt for a few days then I was fine. Just keep up on pain meds like Tylenol/ibuprofen and its manageable.

Mine were impacted and I was awake for mine. Had laughing gas which helped. Recovery is tricky, you have to be really careful what you eat and no straws or sucking of any kind.

I had one extracted and it was pretty easy, just stayed away from straws and didn't chew on that side for a while. They numbed me and rocked it out within 20 minutes. I still have 2 wisdom teeth on my right side, I had to have the upper on the left taken out because it was unopposed, dropping, and causing wear on the neighboring tooth.

Yup. It sucked but it was a must. If it is infected then it may be a longer healing. Watch out for dry socket.

My niece just went thru this, she had all 4 removed at once. She had a pretty recovery. Just was swollen for a out 3 to 4 days, pain level she said was at a 5/10, however she couldn't eat any solid food for a few days.

I did when I was 18. They put me to sleep, though. I think 3 of my 4 were impacted if I remember correctly. My mouth was a bit sore for a while and it’s annoying having to flush out the empty tooth holes every time you eat afterwards, but it really wasnt that bad.

I just got mine removed about 4 years ago, but I was put to sleep. The only problem I had was my jaw was so damn sore for about a month. It’s easy peasy, goodluck 💗💗

I did it finally ! Two of them , partially impacted. I was awake laughing gas helped a little with the nerves.
