@ksmommyx3, & @bodybycheetos the Dr did tell me I am high risk and I work as a CNA and for delivery it would be a schedule c-section.

I still wouldn't tell them til later on. Definitely not this early. And give them your scheduled c section date, date you're leaving and approximately plan to return

I waited until I was 13 weeks to tell my boss. I was starting to show and had to say something. I just spoke with him privately and told him. Have your plan in place, like are you planning to come back after maternity leave or are you quitting? How long will maternity leave be? Stuff like that.
