Congratulations hope you 2 are ready and he dont just leave u . my ex husband cheated on me when I was 6 months pregnant with my son .who has been living with me since birth and he's be 5 in less then 2 months and I'm getting full custody and rights signed over to me has had no contact or calls for holidays or birthdays and he named our son Jacob cause be wanted a Jr and now he's not longer in his sons life at all and I had names picked out and so I'm also changing son's name and last name . But I hope he sticks with u through this whole things and he treats u good and helps with the baby
@crazymommy3 good I'm glad I heard even if u have custody u still need to other parent permission to change the name maybe Google it to double check
