There are, on average, over 1000 train derailment per year. That is almost 3 derailments per day. Two of the 3 that recently happened and made news are owned by Norfolk Southern. Maybe they aren’t taking care of their rails or trains? It’s really not suspicious. Unless you find it suspicious when companies keep a huge profit and don’t put anything into infrastructure or their employees. 🧐 Good day.

Couple this with fewer regulations on hazardous materials and the attempted dismantling of the EPA…
This is a result of the rollback of protections in exchange for profit that’s been going on for decades. We’re just at a crisis point now.

I just thought it was weird, not above average for what they usually experience. Although I’ll have to look again, I thought the news said 3 different companies. Just made me wonder what they aren’t taking care of.

We just had a truck overturn carrying nitric acid a few days ago. Luckily we weren’t near the area but it shut down the high way and surrounding areas.
