@teetw0608, thank you. I got the big hearts, ribbon, and tulle from the dollar tree. The small hearts I found at HomeGoods.

I did one year. I added large heart felts ( pinks and reds) on a white tree. It was me being lazy to put away the tree. It was too pretty. I have not done it since. I do not decorate unless it is Halloween or Christmas.
