Anyone doing elf on the shelf for a toddler? Is it worth the hassle? Shes just turned 3 x

We are doing it he’s just gone 4 and is asking about the elf , we tried last year and he just wasn’t really bothered about it xx

I do it for mine but not for the whole of December. We do the last week before Christmas and count down the 7 sleeps till Christmas.
