Что я чувствую, узнав о раке у отца?
SOOO just found out my dad has cancer - I’m not sure the name of it I’m pretty sure it’s. Lymphoma… . I’m like not even sure how I feel it’s like kinda a numb feeling but then I think about the road ahead and I get super sad … idk

@sherrynygirl, nothing . He says he feels fine . This was something they found on a routine doctor appointment he has all kinds of health issues , so they wanted to do some extra check ups and they found something and turns out to be cancer we are waiting for more results to see what exactly it is and how we can battle it
@lorimord, 💕try not to stress too much your pregnant and the baby can feel all your emotions , oh wow crazy how 1 thing leads to them finding out other serious health issues big hugs

My dad was just diagnosed too. We can get through this together if you’d like. He has a HIPEC procedure on the 30th
I’m so sorry love , I’m here for you. I’m waiting for my dads biopsy results so we can come up with a medical plan and what exactly it is .
@lorimord, that’s good! My dad has stage 4 mucosal Adenocarcinoma of the intestines that’s spread throughout his abdomen. He was perfectly fine until October when he came home from Italy and his stomach doubled in size (he’s naturally very skinny). It’s scary, but he should have another 5 or so years with this procedure

My brother was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma at 23 and was told to start chemotherapy within two weeks or he’d be gone. His cancer was so intense, he was on 8 different chemo concoctions 🧪
Good luck to your father and his journey ahead. Just remember that it’s not happening to ‘us,’ it’s happening to them and lots of people forget that they’re the ones feeling the real turmoil because we feel so overwhelmed and saddened.
If he is doing chemo, maybe gift him packs of shirts because they stretch the necks to put the line in the port. This winter, get him beanies and sweaters because they thin quickly. I’m sending you love and light and my inbox is open to talk or listen ❤️🩹
